Depot System - EDI & CEDEX

Depot System 4.0 fully supports sending EDI in the following formats:

Gate activity in 322, EDIFACT CEDEX, and CODECO EDI formats.

M&R Estimates are supported in CODECO CEDEX WESTIM and
WORDER formats.

Evergreen M&R estimates and invoices to the new EGA Web M&R
system via 650 and 810 EDI formats.

OOCL estimates can be sent to the OOCL Depot Smart system via a
batch email.

Newport Systems for NYK, Yang Ming, and others.

Bookings / Releases are received via the 301 EDI format for
steamship lines that support sending bookings.

Discharge from vessel in 322 format.

Support for 310 and 315 formats for manifest.

Support for Yang Ming 310 storage EDI.

A built in module allows daily activity to be sent directly from the Activity and M&R systems. The data is then processed and sent via the Internet using FTP to send the files to the Depot System EDI server or directly to the steamship lines.

Med Shipping and NSCSA require using a third party EDI VAN called Covedia. You will be required to pay a separate monthly fee to Corvedia to send EDI to these steamship lines. All other connections are no extra charge.

Depot System makes it very easy for your depot personnel to be able to send the EDI data - there is no extra work or re-keying of data for the EDI system. All gate activity reports can also be emailed, printed, or faxed from Depot System.
