  Instructions for allowing remote access by PC Techs:  
 
 
  Make sure any personal firewalls (McAffee, Norton Internet Security) are disabled.  These programs will block Dual Desk from running.
 
 
  When you click on any one of the links, you will get the dialog box shown on the right.  When asked to Run or Save this file, select 'Run'.

Note - If you do not see a dialog box, minimize any open program screens to get to your desktop.  You should then see the dialog box.
 

















 
 
  After selecting 'Run', you may be warned that the publisher could not be verified.  This is normal.  Select 'Run' again.  















 
 
  A download status dialog box will appear, and soon after, your remote PC tech will be able to gain remote access to your computer.

When the remote session has ended, the remote PC tech will disconnect from your PC, and the program will terminate itself.
